Registration for the camp is carried out exclusively through the official registration form available on the organizer’s website at elgraff.cz.
To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 100 eur must be paid.
If the deposit is not paid within 3 days of registration, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
The remaining balance of the camp fee may be paid by bank transfer or upon arrival at the camp, unless otherwise specified.
By registering for and attending the camp, the participant or their legal guardian confirms that the participant is medically fit to participate in on-ice training sessions, games, off-ice activities, and all other camp activities.
The participant is required to inform the organizer of any medical conditions, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect their safety or participation in the camp.
The participant must have valid health insurance coverage throughout the entire duration of the camp.
The participant is required to follow the instructions of coaches, organizers, and other camp staff members.
Participation in the camp is entirely at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.
Ice hockey is a contact sport associated with a risk of injury. The organizer shall not be liable for injuries resulting from the ordinary risks inherent in sports activities.
The organizer shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, sports equipment, or any other property belonging to the participant.
The participant or their legal guardian shall be responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence by the participant.
In the event of an injury or sudden medical emergency, the organizer is authorized to arrange necessary medical treatment or call emergency medical services.
The organizer reserves the right to change the camp location, schedule, accommodation, coaching staff, training program, or any other organizational aspects of the camp if required for operational, organizational, or safety reasons.
The organizer reserves the right to divide, merge, or adjust training groups according to age, skill level, number of participants, or organizational needs of the camp.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the camp dates in cases of force majeure, technical issues, extraordinary events, epidemics, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.
The 100 eur deposit is non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, the organizer may, at its sole discretion, allow the transfer of the deposit to a future camp.
Once the camp has commenced, no refund of the camp fee or any part thereof shall be provided due to late arrival, early departure, partial attendance, or expulsion from the camp.
The organizer shall not be liable for the participant’s inability to attend the camp due to circumstances on the participant’s side, including but not limited to visa denial, flight cancellation or delay, travel restrictions, medical reasons, or any other obstacles preventing participation.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate participation in the camp if the participant’s behaviour, health condition, or physical condition may pose a risk to their own safety or health, or to the safety and health of other participants, coaches, employees, or third parties.
A participant may be expelled from the camp without any entitlement to a refund, particularly in cases of:
serious violation of coaches’ or organizers’ instructions;
aggressive or dangerous behaviour;
intentional damage to property;
use of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
Any legal relationships not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Czech Republic.

Registrace na kemp probíhá výhradně prostřednictvím oficiálního registračního formuláře na webových stránkách pořadatele elgraff.cz.
Pro potvrzení rezervace je nutné uhradit nevratnou zálohu ve výši 100 eur.
Pokud nebude záloha uhrazena do 3 dnů od registrace, pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo rezervaci bez dalšího upozornění zrušit.
Doplatek ceny kempu lze uhradit bankovním převodem nebo při příjezdu na kemp, není-li stanoveno jinak.
Registrací a příjezdem na kemp účastník nebo jeho zákonný zástupce potvrzuje, že je zdravotně způsobilý k účasti na ledních trénincích, zápasech, suché přípravě a dalších aktivitách kempu.
Účastník je povinen informovat pořadatele o všech zdravotních omezeních, alergiích nebo jiných skutečnostech, které mohou mít vliv na jeho bezpečnost nebo průběh účasti.
Účastník musí mít po celou dobu kempu platné zdravotní pojištění.
Účastník je povinen dodržovat pokyny trenérů, organizátorů a dalšího personálu kempu.
Účast na kempu probíhá na vlastní nebezpečí a odpovědnost účastníka.
Lední hokej je kontaktní sport spojený s rizikem úrazu. Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za zranění vzniklá běžnými riziky sportovní činnosti.
Pořadatel neodpovídá za ztrátu, poškození nebo odcizení osobních věcí, sportovního vybavení ani jiného majetku účastníka.
Účastník nebo jeho zákonný zástupce odpovídá za škody způsobené úmyslným nebo nedbalostním jednáním účastníka.
V případě úrazu nebo náhlé zdravotní komplikace je pořadatel oprávněn zajistit nezbytné ošetření nebo přivolání zdravotnické pomoci.
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo změnit místo konání, harmonogram, ubytování, trenérské obsazení, tréninkový program nebo jiné organizační náležitosti kempu, pokud to vyžadují provozní, organizační nebo bezpečnostní důvody.
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo rozdělit, sloučit nebo upravit tréninkové skupiny podle věku, výkonnosti, počtu účastníků nebo organizačních potřeb kempu.
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo zrušit, přesunout nebo upravit termín kempu v případě vyšší moci, technických důvodů, mimořádných událostí, epidemií, přírodních katastrof nebo jiných okolností mimo jeho kontrolu.
Záloha ve výši 100 eur je nevratná.
Ve výjimečných případech může pořadatel na základě vlastního uvážení umožnit převod zálohy na jiný budoucí kemp.
Po zahájení kempu nevzniká nárok na vrácení ceny nebo její části z důvodu pozdního příjezdu, předčasného odjezdu, neúčasti na části programu nebo vyloučení z kempu.
Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za nemožnost účasti způsobenou okolnostmi na straně účastníka, zejména zamítnutím víza, zrušením nebo zpožděním letu, omezením cestování, zdravotními důvody nebo jinými překážkami bránícími účasti.
Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo odmítnout účast nebo ukončit účast na kempu v případě, že chování, zdravotní stav nebo fyzická kondice účastníka může představovat riziko pro jeho vlastní bezpečnost, zdraví nebo pro ostatní účastníky, trenéry, zaměstnance či třetí osoby.
Účastník může být z kempu vyloučen bez nároku na vrácení jakékoli platby zejména v případě:
hrubého porušení pokynů trenérů nebo organizátorů;
agresivního nebo nebezpečného chování;
úmyslného poškozování majetku;
užívání alkoholu, drog nebo jiných omamných látek.
Právní vztahy neupravené těmito podmínkami se řídí právním řádem České republiky.
